Signing in (email, PIN code, wristband)

There are two ways to sign in: with email and password (owner, manager) or with a PIN code / wristband (staff, on the shop's tablets).

With your email (owner and manager)#

1. Open your till's address on the computer or tablet.
2. Enter your Email and your Password.
3. Tap Sign in.

You land on the dashboard (the day's overview). The storeman goes straight to the Stock screen.

With your PIN code (staff)#

On the till, floor and kitchen tablets, everyone signs in with a 4-digit code.

1. On the sign-in screen, tap PIN / wristband login (staff).
2. Tap your profile in the "Select your profile" list.
3. Type your PIN code. It confirms by itself on the fourth digit.

If the code is wrong the screen says the PIN is incorrect. If it says no PIN is set, ask your manager to give you one.

The wristband (RFID)#

If your business uses wristbands, hold yours up to the reader: the till recognises you without a code. An unknown wristband shows "Wristband not recognised".

Who lands where?#

A manager who signs in with a PIN lands on the till. The owner and the storeman sign in by email: PIN and wristband are not offered to them.

Linking a tablet to your business#

A brand-new tablet does not know your business yet: it shows "This terminal is not linked to any business". Linking is done once, with the business code and the installation code given by the installer, then tap the linking button.

After that, the easiest way is to share the ready-made link: in General, the card Staff PIN login shows the address to open on your cashiers', waiters' and kitchen tablets.
