Appearance: logo, colour, QR menu, language and app links

Each choice on this tab saves immediately, except the Main colour card (Save appearance button). Cards marked (manager) stay open to managers in limited settings.

Restaurant logo (manager)#

Choose a logo (JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG, up to 10 MB); Remove the logo. It shows on receipts, the online menu and the screensaver; images are reduced to 800 px and converted. An SVG containing script is refused.

Main colour (manager)#

12 ready colours, or a custom colour (hex value). Default #2563eb. Save appearance.

QR menu (manager)#

The style of the menu customers open by scanning the QR code. Each choice saves straight away ("Saved").

• Menu style: Classic (header, category pills, list), Showcase (photo or video banner, swipeable categories, a product sheet rising from the bottom), Menu (restaurant-menu typography, a single page of sections, price at line end). While no style is chosen, the menu keeps its current look.
• Mood: Light (default) or Dark (Showcase and Menu).
• Banner (Showcase and Menu): a photo (reduced to 1600 px) or a video (mp4 or webm, 15 MB at most, no sound, a 10 to 15-second loop). Remove the banner: a strip in the menu colour replaces it.
• Tagline (80 characters at most, Showcase and Menu).
• Meal deals and suggestions: Show meal deals (off by default; the server re-checks the choices and recalculates the price) and "A little extra?" in the cart (off by default: featured products first).
• Menu logo: its own logo for dark headers, or "Use the business logo".
• Products per row: 1 (default) or 2 (not for the Menu style).

Interface style (manager)#

Classic (the usual look) or Épure: lighter and airier, system font, soft backgrounds, rounded corners, windows over a blurred background, green switches. The page reloads; this applies to the till, the waiter app, the dashboard and the analytics app. Only the look changes.

Interface language#

Français, العربية, English, Español, Nederlands. The choice is specific to this browser (one year): each device has its own language; it is not a business setting.

Online menu#

The …/<your business>/menu link to share (Copy, Open) and the customer ordering switch (on by default; the Customers module is required). Off, the link returns a not-found page.

App addresses#

Three cards give the address to open on each device, with Copy / Open, then "Add to home screen":

• Waiter application (…/waiter), if the waiter app is on: the waiter signs in with their PIN.
• Kitchen application (…/kitchen): same.
• Kiosk application (…/kiosk): opens full screen.

Analytics app#

The address …/analytics, installable on a phone, and its switch (on by default; "Not included" if your subscription does not have it). Off, the link returns a not-found page. See the analytics app.
