Choosing the period#

At the top of the page: Today, Yesterday, 7 days, This month, Last month, or two dates "from → to". With several points of sale, an All branches menu separates them.

Browsing the closings#

The Closures button (shown as soon as a Z exists) opens the latest closing. A bar appears: ‹ and › go to the previous or next closing, a menu lists the closings (date, Z time, revenue), and two links lead to that closing's Orders and its Z report.

The figures#

CardWhat it counts
RevenueThe total of sales paid in the period, including ones refunded later. Below, when there are refunds: "Refunds −X · Net Y". A refund counts on the day it is made.
OrdersThe number of sales, including "N online".
Average basketRevenue ÷ number of sales.
Items soldThe total quantities sold.
Tips, Discounts, Refunds, CancellationsThe amounts (and count) of the period.
Active sessionsThe tills open right now.
Stock alertsProducts at low stock (red if any).

The comparison#

Under revenue and orders, an arrow compares with the previous period, with the percentage and the gap: for the day in progress, "vs previous closing at the same time" (the day before measured at the same moment since opening); on a Z, "vs closing of …"; over several days, "vs N previous days". With no previous period, nothing shows.

Charts and blocks#

Each block only appears if it has data:

  • Revenue per day (over more than one day) and Sales per hour (over one day).
  • Top products and Sales by category.
  • Payment methods (with "of which <terminal>" detail if you have several terminals) and Sales by type (dine in, takeaway, delivery, online, Glovo).
  • Performance by cashier, by waiter and by table.
  • Peak hours: a day × hour heat map.
  • Best customers and Low stock.

The CSV button exports the period's sales. See also reports for the accounting export.

The "Getting started" card#

At the start, the Getting started card shows the first six steps (the list). A banner also flags expired lots or lots to use within 7 days when stock is on.
